I’ve also just uploaded Version 3.3 Beta which features a nifty enhancement to the LSI keywords listing. Now, when one of the LSI terms already appears in your content, its marked with a green background.

This should help you quickly ascertain how your post is doing with respect to LSI content at a glance.

Both these versions include an improved scoring algorithm and faster processing, along with support for using hyphens in the primary keyword phrase.
